Frontline Leader Programme Bespoke Solution
Certificate in Workplace and Organisational Leadership Level 8
Recognising the importance of the frontline leaders in the organisation, the goal of the programme is to build confidence in the management and leadership skills of the first layer of leadership. This programme of management development includes a blend of in-classroom learning (4 days) and an option of 1:1 executive coaching. Also included are two psychometric assessments based on Emotional Capital and Belbins Team Roles. This is great for getting new leaders off to a good start.
This 9-month NFQ Level 8 certified programme is designed to build leadership capability at a time when it is more important than ever. A leader’s ability to filter and focus is never more prescient than now. It is designed to equip your leaders with the capabilities needed to adapt and succeed in an uncertain, ever-changing environment. It will enhance participants’ leadership capability through custom designed industry specific modules specifically applicable to day to day challenges.

With regard to EDUCATION, participants in certified courses will be assessed continuously through written essays, discussion boards, personal reflection, group projects, and presentations. Alternatively, we can tailor a non-certified course to each organisation, focusing on work-based issues that allow participants to explore the theories and concepts and apply them to everyday work scenarios.
Finally, EXPOSURE to the very best lecturing faculty, who have all been leaders in a wide range of industries and situations from finance, sales, HR, marketing and military. Each of us is an industry professional who has walked the leadership path.
